Muay Thai Fitness 泰拳健身課
Muay Thai fitness classes need to exercise the whole body and consume a lot of calories to improve muscles and movement agility. 
At the same time, it can also stretch the trunk and limbs of multiple joints, which is very effective for improving limb posture and maintaining health. 

泰拳健身課需運動全身並消耗大量卡路里,令肌肉和動作敏捷度提升,打沙包時,必須練習各種動作,包括各種拳法、肘法、膝法和腿法。
同時也能舒展身體軀幹和四肢多組關節,對改善肢體姿態及保持關節健康很有效用。

Muay Thai Pro 泰拳深造
Muay Thai Pro (Adv.) sparring with the coach can make the study more comprehensive, learn how to deal with different reactions, and practice the skills of evasion, defense and attack.
泰拳深造課與教練拿手靶對打, 可以令學習更全面,學懂不同反應應對, 並練習到閃避、防守與攻擊的技巧。

Sparring 泰拳對打訓練課
Sparring is a key component of training in Muay Thai and other combat sports. It allows you to put into practice the techniques and combinations you've learned, while gaining experience playing against different styles.
泰拳對打訓練課是泰拳和其他格鬥運動訓練的關鍵組成部分。它可以讓您將所學的技術和組合付諸實踐,同時積累與不同風格的對抗經驗。

Muay Thai Kids 小小拳王 兒童泰拳課程
It is specially designed for children aged 6-9. Muay Thai for children is mainly based on fists and feet. Elbow and knee strikes are practiced by the coach holding the target. The class is lively , so that young students can use their hands and brains together to practice fighting sports happily and be strong.

It is a rare learning experience to let children experience authentic Muay Thai under safe training conditions! Those who complete the course (4 lessons) will be issued a certificate.

專為6-9歲的兒童設計,兒童泰拳以拳腳為主,肘擊與膝撞則以教練持靶的方式進行練習,上課方式生動活潑,讓小學員手腦並用,快樂練習格鬥運動,強健體魄。在安全的訓練條件下讓孩子們體驗地道的泰拳,是非常難得的學習體驗!完成課程者(4堂)均可獲發證書一張。
 

兒童泰拳A班  (年齡6-9歲)
時間 : 逢星期三 5-6pm


兒童泰拳B班 (年齡6-9歲)
時間:逢星期五 5-6pm
